Reincarnation Stories
Knowledge from the Past

In the late 1980s and early '90s I spent a decade in the inner city of Chicago involved in various socio/religious causes. During that time I became deeply interested in clinical hypnotherapy and reincarnation. I very much wanted to experience past life regression and found a locally well known therapist who researched reincarnation and regression techniques.

During three one hour sessions, with his help, I experienced lives in Mexico and the southwestern United States in the late 19th and early 20th centuries and in Asturias, Spain in the 1920s and '30s. I was a violent person in both lives; as a paid assassin named John Aarons working with rebel Mexican miners against American mining industrialists in the Mexican state of Sonora, and as an anti-fascist peasant in Spain. The assassin killed by shooting his victims in the stomach. He was captured and executed by being shot-gunned in the stomach. The anti-fascist committed suicide as government soldiers came for him by shooting himself…in the stomach.

In this life I have undergone three major surgeries for stomach hernias which damaged my esophagus. My mother's maiden name was Moreno and I struggled early in my life with a deep seated aversion to "white" people. We lived on the Mexican border for much of my early years. I finally managed to overcome my prejudice as I made friends among all the ethnic groups there: Mexican (Mestizo), Black, Native American and Anglo. I have never attempted to change my anti-corporate/anti-fascist attitude; it seems to have come into this life with me.

Through research I've discovered that "Aarons" or "Aaron" was a typical surname of Jewish immigrants to Mexico in the 18th and 19th centuries. I am a priest of the Old Catholic church, a denomination that left the Roman Catholic Church in the 1700s. My church does not accept "New Age" philosophy. I don't know if that includes reincarnation. If it does then I am a heretic…and so be it!
